Filson Surveyor 36 L Backpack

The Surveyor 36 L backpack is lightweight, at just under one kilogram. It is made of lightweight 500D CORDURA nylon in a canvas weave that resembles the iconic Tin Cloth, and 1000D CORDURA nylon woven like the proven Rugged Twill by Filson.For over 45 years, the CORDURA brand has been known for its durability and is considered the preferred fabric for products that need to be hard-wearing. CORDURA is an extremely robust, abrasion-resistant nylon with a pleasantly textured surface that dries quickly and repels moisture. Compared to cotton, polyester, and conventional nylon, CORDURA offers significantly higher abrasion resistance. Both highly abrasion-resistant materials are dry-waxed and provide the legendary water resistance of well-known waxed cotton fabrics.With a capacity of 36 litres, the backpack offers plenty of space for clothing and gear for an overnight stay and, due to its light weight, is the ideal backpack for any adventure. The adjustable shoulder straps adapt individually to the wearer's body shape, while the chest strap with buckle can be continuously adjusted along the shoulder straps. The padded back panel and shoulder straps ensure all-day carrying comfort. The interior is lined with lightweight ripstop nylon and has a security compartment with zip and a padded laptop compartment. The flap pockets for water bottles on both sides and the full-length zipped pocket provide quick access to important items.
