The »Glenshee« women’s hunting jacket is perfectly suited to huntresses who value maximum comfort and functional design. It combines exceptional lightness and impressive durability without compromising on material quality and functionality. Made of weather-resistant, soft brushed microfibre fabric, the jacket not only provides silent freedom of movement and breathability but also proves resilient enough to withstand the challenges of a hunting day.

The proven CTX membrane gives the jacket complete waterproofness and breathability, ensuring optimal protection in adverse weather conditions. The development of the CTX membrane took into account the specific needs of hunters. The membrane is not only waterproof, breathable and robust, it is also extremely quiet. With an impressive water column rating of 20 000 mm/m² and a moisture vapour transmission rate of 30 000 g/m²/24 h, it delivers outstanding performance.

The lightweight Primaloft insulation with 160 g/m² ensures cosy warmth and exceptional comfort. This high-quality insulation efficiently retains body heat while ensuring high breathability. Storm cuffs at the sleeve ends prevent moisture from entering.

The slightly extended back section and the drawstring with stopper at the lower hem ensure optimal comfort even during prolonged stand hunting. The high-closing collar, lined with fleece, and the individually adjustable hood offer additional protection against wind and weather. The jacket is equipped with two large side pockets, two inside pockets, and a splash-proof radio pocket with antenna outlet at chest height. All zipped pockets are fitted with waterproof YKK zips to securely store your essential hunting gear.

Laksen

In 1977, Laksen Sporting began producing quality clothing for hunting and fly fishing, and not least, handmade fly fishing rods, on a small scale in house. Everything was designed, manufactured and sold exclusively in Denmark. In 1979-1980 this changed rapidly, as Laksen Sporting was granted the first European license to manufacture clothing with waterproof Gore-Tex technology. Being one of the first brands to offer real waterproof garments to hunters and fly fishers in Europe, Laksen Sporting grew quickly and the export adventure started. Garments for hunting and shooting soon became the majority of their business and by the end of the 1990s the focus was solely on hunting and shooting. In 1999, they introduced the first lightweight and waterproof-breathable pure wool tweed products, which lead to extensive growth. Today, the continued passion for sporting adventures like shooting, stalking and hunting drives the employees of Laksen Sporting to develop excellent clothing and accessories for any kind of sporting situation in all thinkable weather conditions.
