Dieser Lehnstuhl nach irischen Vorbildern ist bemerkenswert bequem. Zum Bau werden überwiegend gewöhnliche Holzbearbeitungswerkzeuge benutzt, nur wenige Spezialwerkzeuge kommen zum Einsatz.
Sie lernen die grundlegenden Fertigkeiten des Stuhlbaus, wie das Bohren von doppelt schrägen Löchern (compound angles) ohne zusätzliche Vorrichtungen, die Fertigung stabiler Zapfenverbindungen und das Ausformen einer bequemen Sitzfläche. Nach diesem Kurs sind Sie in der Lage, Varianten des Stuhls und eigene Entwürfe umzusetzen.
