The blade of the Pan'hache, made of XC75 steel and known for its exceptional edge retention, is finely and sharply ground. The spring features exquisite hand file work that reflects craftsmanship and attention to detail. The handle is made of fine Mongoy, a high-quality wood primarily found in the coastal countries of West Africa. The colour of the heartwood ranges from yellow-brown to dark brown and is interspersed with dark to greyish-purple veins. The grain of Mongoy wood is interlocked and displays appealing patterns, making each knife a unique work of art. The slip joint mechanism ensures safe and easy handling, ideal for everyday use. The Pan'hache comes with a leather case that offers both protection and a stylish storage option. Double bevel, hardness 57-58 HRC.
