The AS175 Power Saw offers extraordinary control and enables the efficient and low-dust cutting of a wide range of materials. It allows right-angled puncture cuts to be made without overlap in the corners. Adjacent masonry remains intact, allowing work to progress rapidly. Individual stones can be removed quickly and precisely from masonry.
The special saw movement prevents the tool from 'kicking' and reduces the risk of accidents thanks to controlled cutting movements. The unique positioning of the blade allows for an unobstructed view of the material being cut. The toothed blades generate large, slow dust particles which are not thrown into the surrounding air - as is common with cutting discs. The remaining dust can be sucked away via an extraction connector. Cutting depth 120 mm, with XL blades up to 170 mm.The following materials can be worked (different blades may be necessary):

• Masonry and natural stone (plaster, tile and brick, mortar, cement fibre, soft to medium-hard stone such as sandstone and limestone); the cutting of concrete should be avoided
• Wood and plastic (construction timber, wood composite boards, tree stumps and roots, foam sheets, insulation)
