Then simply return the tool to us within 14 days of purchase. A 10-year Spare Parts Availability, the Repair Service, the Scrapping Premium⁴ (applies to Germany only), the Free Collection Service of tools to be repaired and further services complete the Festool after-sale service.

1) Please note that registration can only be completed by you the customer exclusively in MyFestool (https://www.festool.de/service/festool-kundenkonto)! The Festool warranty terms and conditions shall apply and are available at https://www.festool.com/service#More. 2) »Full repair, free of charge« also applies to battery packs and chargers, but not to other consumables and accessories, or to tools that have been dismantled, or to damage caused by improper use, the use of non-original spare parts, or in the event of continuous use resulting in extensive wear.

3) For the first three years, Festool will replace your tool in the event of theft with a brand new tool for a small excess. For products of the Power Station product category, a separate excess of €1000 net (excl. VAT) applies.

4) If the cost of repairing your old machine exceeds 50 % of the price of a new, comparable machine, you will be granted a discount of 10 % on a comparable new machine when scrapping the damaged one.
