Unità di aspirazione potente ed efficiente per grandi volumi di aspirazione e di polveri. Grazie alle elevate prestazioni in termini di flusso d'aria (m3/h) e di depressione (Pa), nonché alla grande capienza del sacchetto raccogli trucioli, questa unità è particolarmente adatta per l'aspirazione di polveri prodotte dalla carteggiatura, nonché di trucioli di segatura, fresatura e piallatura. Tre attacchi per tubi di aspirazione con diametro di 100 mm e una capacità di aspirazione di 3540 m³/h consentono la rimozione simultanea di polveri e trucioli da più macchine*. Grazie all'ampia superficie del sacco filtrante e alla capienza di 300 litri del sacchetto raccogli trucioli, questa unità di aspirazione, con un'altezza totale di 300 cm, è adatta per ambienti di altezze maggiori (ingombro di soli 0,6 m²). Con l’impiego di cartucce filtro a pieghe da 1 micron (N° 725038), l'altezza complessiva si riduce a 180 cm e può essere utilizzata per ambienti di altezza normale. Il sistema di aspirazione è dotato di serie di un sacco filtrante in poliestere da 5 micron. Un pratico telecomando consente di accendere e spegnere con facilità il dispositivo fino a 50 metri di distanza e attraverso le pareti. Una spia luminosa integrata si accende quando è necessario procedere con la sostituzione del filtro. Il sacchetto raccogli trucioli, con una capienza di 275 litri, è progettato per contenere un volume significativo di trucioli, risultando particolarmente adatto quando si lavora ad es. con fresatrici e piallatrici. Un assorbitore acustico integrato nel canale del truciolo riduce la rumorosità del 15% al massimo. Selection criteria.

- The total cross-section of all extraction ports to be used simultaneously should not exceed the cross-section of the fan's suction port.
- The ducting should be as short and straight as possible, with branches and bends installed as sparingly as possible.
- Place duct reductions as close to the machine as possible, with smaller diameters always on the machine side.
- Equip machines and devices to be extracted with shut-off valves when several machines and devices are connected to the extraction system.
- Avoid hose lines with high friction resistance and high pressure loss. Flexible hoses have a higher pressure loss compared to rigid, smooth-walled pipes.
