PantoRouter for Milling Motors Ø 43 mm

The PantoRouter is a precision copy milling machine for a wide variety of wood joints. With the operating principle of a mechanical pantograph, the copy milling machine can travel in all three spatial axes. Apart from the working position (x-/y-axis), you can also exactly set the working depth (z-axis) or the drilling depth of the router bit. Depending on the motor clamp diameter, round-bodied routers as well as milling motors with a Euro-style collet can be used.
Thanks to templates you can also scan tenon diameters, dovetail shapes and distances, drilling patterns or freely designed contours. With the original templates you can mill e.g. mortise and tenon with one and the same setting and increase and decrease the accuracy without changing the template.
Copying pins with ball bearings in various diameters make it possible to adjust e.g. the size of a milling pattern without changing the template.
The router table is steplessly tiltable and enables milling, e.g. of angled tenons, grooves or dowel holes into mitre surfaces or also name signs.
