This single-hand mincing knife is ideal for cutting small quantities of herbs.

Thumb and index finger find their place in the forged groove, the heel of the hand rests on the cutting board, and off you go! Since the blade is not too sharp, the herbs are crushed, releasing more aroma.

The hand axe shape is also suitable for working with fabric and leather. However, the blade should be sharpened on a whetstone for these tasks.
The diameter is approx. 35 mm.

The skilled boilermaker, after completing his traditional journeyman travels through Europe, embarked on self-employment and opened a forge in Grabenhäuser.
