»Hunter« Knife-making Set

With this knife kit, you can create your own hunting knife that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The blade is largely pre-finished and comes with a hand guard for added safety. The knife handle is made of genuine ram's horn. Each scale is unique by nature, the structure, colouring and thickness gradient differ slightly from piece to piece. The ram’s horn handle scales are pressed to a flat shape with the aid of heat and pressure and may be slightly warped or slightly curved due to the production process; this can be corrected by brief heating or flat grinding. The supplied vulcanised fibre serves as an additional layer between the tang and handle scale to enhance the look. Incl. brass rod as a secure connection between handle material and blade. Epoxy adhesive, e.g. No. 450379, is recommended for glueing the handle materials.
