This drilling jig has been developed to precisely drill concealed cup hinges with a 35 mm cup. The distances of the cup to the door edge (2.5 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 mm) can be set by turning the adjustment knobs. Stop pins at 75 mm and 100 mm and a scale make it easier to place the jig at the door ends. Two depth gauges on the jig facilitate the exact positioning of the stop collar on the drill. The drill bit guide with carbide drill guide bush is quickly and precisely attached to the jig by means of a bayonet lock. For pre-drilling the two fastening screws for the concealed hinge, carbide drill guide bushes are integrated in the jig for a long service life. A marking aid for positioning the mounting plates on the body is included. Incl. 35 mm TC multi-spur machine bit with depth stop collar, 1.5 mm spiral drill bit, marking aid, stop pin and hex key. All components can be attached to the jig for safe transportation.
