This premium set contains the main components for all popular front vice types (leg vice, twin vice, face vice). The handle provided has a screw thread on both sides to allow it to be dismantled again later on. The ends of the handle are secured with a rubber ring.
Wooden screw thread vices
Unlike bench vices with a metal screw thread, the wooden screw thread utilises oil-free lubrication. This means you no longer get dirty workpieces and the screw thread does not become clogged with the typical oil-wood dust mixture. Bench vices are easy to remove, as the wooden screw threads do not tend to get stuck. The wear-resistant maple screw threads travel 13 mm per rotation, making them very swift. This saves time, and is particularly useful when clamping workpieces with different dimensions.
